「The hotel is perfectly situated in downtown Fredericton. Close to many restaurants and bars and right on the waterfront. There is a nice hotel bar and restaurant, which was particularly handy for breakfast. There is onsite parking for a small fee ($15) and it was easy to get in and out of the city from this location. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and the fridge and coffee making supplies are good if you're on a road trip, as we were.」

「The hotel restaurant’s server very inattentive, never came back to ask how our meal was and the baby back ribs served had grissol on the rack . Service was also extremely slow in the dining room that night.」

「This is an older hotel so keep your expectations in line with the price you are paying! This is the second yr we stayed here and will be back next year. Lots of parking, a lovely common kitchen available with coffee/tea, nice size clean rooms, good location and wonderful front desk assistance.」

「It's 3 Stars Hotel, coffee not that good, The staff are excellent but this is a temporary stay for people who does nt have enough money. has a good day.」

「La chambre était terriblement malpropre, elle libérait un odeur nauséabonde. Les planchers étaient collants de crasse et défoncés. Les draps et couvertures laissaient présager un usage ultérieur intense, laissant transparaître des taches jaunâtres.Nous avons dû dormir sur un plastique. La douche étaient d’une couleur douteuse. Je ne la conseille pas aux cœurs sensibles!!. À noter qu’il y a un nombre impressionnant de va et vient…」
