"One of the worst travel experiences we've ever had - completely unprofessional and disrespectful. By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. "Excellent setting - stunning views all around the apartments! Lovely big spacious 2 bedroom apartment - only downside was no air con during a heatwave! Had to ask to borrow 2 fans which didn’t really do much. Couldn’t leave the windows opened as we tried one night and got bitten to death by mosquitos!! Was unbearably hot but understand the apartments were built for the snow season! Otherwise, excellent accommodation in a beautiful setting. "

"We were 13 people, adults and old teenagers, and were very confortable in this house. The kitchen is wide, easy to make big cooking. The table is capable to host 14 people. Several sofa. Good beds. Only thing that could be improved : the heating system is a bit oversized (a bit overheating the upper rooms), and noisy during the night."
