Villa Solatio is a former farmhouse that has been restored with great care and respect for its history. Today, this charming holiday home combines authentic Tuscan character with a high level of comfort. Set on a fourteen-hectare estate in the Chianti Classico, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and oak forests, it offers an ideal setting for a relaxing and genuine Tuscan stay.



The location in the heart of Chianti provides easy access to the region’s renowned wineries, castles and picturesque towns. Siena, San Gimignano, Florence and Arezzo are all within convenient reach for day trips. Lecchi, four kilometres away, offers the well-known Ristorante Malborghetto and a small, well-stocked grocery shop. Additional shops and restaurants can be found in Radda, six kilometres away.

The outdoor areas highlight the beauty of the property. A courtyard beneath a pergola covered with old vines sits just outside the kitchen, creating a delightful space for outdoor meals. Nearby are an outdoor kitchen with a grill and a former bread oven now used for pizza, as well as a sheltered dining area with a large table. A terrace runs along the side of the house, opening up views of the surrounding countryside. Terracotta planters filled with flowering plants and lemon trees add Mediterranean charm, while the generous pool lies just a few steps away.



Inside, the rooms have been restored with sensitivity and attention to detail. Gently arched brick ceilings and rustic wooden beam ceilings lend a warm, traditional atmosphere. Terracotta floors and whitewashed walls provide a calm backdrop for artworks. A harmonious mix of rustic and contemporary furnishings, carefully selected textiles and decorative pieces creates a welcoming living environment. A retractable screen in the living room allows for enjoyable film evenings, complemented by a private billiard table.
