「The hotel staff were excellent from the time we arrived until we left a week later. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always attentive and happy to help with anything we required. Our room was first class and both our room and the hotel and grounds generally were spotlessly clean and well maintained. 「Location of the hotel was good and is close to the entrance of Silmione. Staffs were all kind and helpful. There is the restaurant in the hotel and we decided to go for the guest dinner menu one night as the price and the menu looked reasonable. But, what the restaurant served was definitely far from the delicious Italian dishes but was just boring and not tasty. One of the dish was cold while it must be warm, which was very disappointed. 「The location of the hotel is excelent. I had booked 2 tooms. A Junior Suite with Lake view 269sq/ft and a Superior double with Terrace at 179sq/ft. However the 179sq/ft Superior double room was much better for the value because the size difference is the square footage of the terraces.
