Modern Comfort

Our stay at Modern Comfort, was an awesome choice for a daycation to enjoy the UF festivities. Cute, charming, and clean. Easy access to campus, shopping, and restaurants. Overall, we are pleased with our stay.

Fantastic!

Very, very clean with comfortable beds and I loved the sheets!👍 Property manager was very accommodating and friendly, she made sure we were satisfied with everything in the unit. Location is great, close to shopping, restaurants and the main interstate. I highly recommend this place and won't hesitate to request it again for a stay. 5 stars 😊

Miami baseball weekend

This is the second time staying at this property for a Florida baseball weekend and once again it proved to suit all our family’s needs. It is conveniently located right off the interstate, within walking distance of a Starbucks (clutch for the wife). It is also close to plenty of dining and shopping options and only five or ten minutes from the stadium. All the stay check in and out information was on promptly provided and the house itself checked all the boxes. Kudos on the really soft pillows. Thank you!Matt

Clean, great location.

This is a 2 bedroom, loft near Spurriers. It is a great location in a quiet area right off of I-75. It is pet friendly with a gated patio. 2 parking spaces. Super clean and modern. 2nd bedroom upstairs is a loft , wich is cozy but not private. It has 2 bathrooms and stocked with supplies. Washer and dryer. It has 2 full size beds, both with trundle pull out. Could sleep 6 comfortably. Wawa , Starbucks and Walmart nearby.

Convenient and Clean

For passing through, this location was perfect. Very clean and great communication. I may not have read the listing thoroughly but I did not realize that one bedroom was a loft but still did not present a huge problem. I would recommend it.

Lifesaver for first time VRBO user

The property is a town house with a lot of space if traveling with family or pet. My brother ended up at U of Florida Shands hospital. I had been traveling with my dog and this was perfect for me. Complete kitchen which saved me from eating out all the time. I think this property would be good for a family as there is plenty of sleeping space. Sprting events or hospital stays. Easy access to 75. Plenty of shopping,restaurants Good areas to walk dog .Communication was great with quick response. Knowing the weather was worsening (snow/ice predicted)I was offered a reduced charge to stay an additional night. Very helpful and I did..

Opening Weekend

We came down for opening weekend and the baseball part, well they lost the first game and it NEVER stopped raining afterwards. So there were no more games. But the family still enjoyed our stay at this house, as it was conveniently located right off of the interstate, on the less busy side of Archer Road. The neighborhood is small and quiet, and the house had everything we needed. Yenni always does a great job setting things up and we appreciate the hospitality. Thank you!

Home had all the essentials and we really were not staying there too long so it met all our needs. Could use an upgrade in beds (my husband and I shared a bed and kept rolling into the middle) and towels (small and very rough).

Great location and clean!

My daughter and I stayed here for a week during motocross races. The location was awesome - close to shopping and restaurants. 2 exits away from Gatorback Motocross track. Very clean amenities, comfortable beds. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. Worked perfectly for our needs. Super easy check in and out. Thank you!

A Gem.

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Gainesville. We stayed for our daughters graduation and it was perfect. Very spacious, clean and have everything you'll need away from home. The University of Florida is just 10 minutes drive and Celebration Area where you have fine shops and resturants is really less than mile away. Great place.

Pleasant townhome / condo.

Nice area. Nice neighbors. Well furnished place. I did give a perfect review but I’d recommend to the host that they get new beds. Both parties agreed the beds weren’t very comfortable and after a week of staying there I was happy to be back in a comfy bed. They weren’t awful, they just weren’t very good. Other than that, lovely place. I’d live there if I could, and just swap out the mattresses!
