This property is a great place to stay in Gainesville. It is very convenient to UF, the Oaks mall, hospitals, etc. We would stay again. Bring your own washclothes, because there are none provided!

Need some updates, beds and mattress were in terrible conditions. Property smell bad and wasn’t clean. Even the towels and sheets didn’t smell good.

Nice comfortable place

The place was very nice and comfortable for the price. Not too much more you could ask for. There was space to cook which was pretty useful , although the room has two beds it was spacious enough. Can’t complain about much other than there being some dust around.
