「The service was first class and very friendly. I was only there 2 nights but they we’re memorable.」

「Staff are always very friendly and helpful. They are always willing to give us better experience. We love it!! It was a bit dissappinting that the airport shuttle is no longer for complimentary though it is still very reasonable (P100).」

「It's a cosy place with very gentle, helpful and welcoming staff most of all! 」

「They never got my itinerary even though I paid and it was confirmed. Paid for 3 executive rooms for 7 travelers and they weren’t available. Was a gong show. Wound up with the cheapest rooms they had despite paying significantly more. Was very disappointed.」
