"We had such an amazing time! It was a spurt of the moment decision to come up as our summer plans to stay had to be canceled. But it was exactly what we needed. So peaceful and we had a daily guest who very politely knocked on the door to be let in to say hello. Sarge was an added delight as we tend to miss our kids and own dog. He was certainly an added surprise. We look forward to staying again hopefully sooner rather than later."

"We stayed here for 2 nights while we explored the area. The cabin is small, but had just what we needed. It is on the river. The weather was rainy and misquotes were bad, so we didn’t get to explore the property, other than being able to sit on the dock for a few minutes when the rain stopped."

"This property is absolutely perfect if you’re looking for peace and quiet and nature! We love to cook, so the kitchen and the grill provided us with everything we needed. We used the wood-burning stove for a cozy warm fire at night and we built a beautiful campfire outside as the snow fell! "We were very happy with our stay at the Nordic Haus. Check in and out was very easy. It’s nice to have a hot tub to soak in and gives the kids something to do at night because skiing closes by 4pm. The only thing was it says it’s 6 bedroom but it’s only 5 bedroom and then has two beds in the loft. The loft is basically part of the living room so we couldn’t have anyone sleep in those beds or they would be kept awake at night by the noise and then woke up early with any early risers making coffee...

"House was exactly what we needed. Lots of space for everyone. Kitchen had supplies needed to cook and bake. Great communication with management.we arrived in the evening , realized at bedtime there was no hot water called the property management company in the morning and they had it fixed quickly.Not a huge deal but inconvenient after traveling for 24hours. House was well stocked with linens and beds were comfortable. We travel to the area once a year and will return if available."
