"The room was amazing. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast had a vast array. The spa is the best I’ve ever seen. We stayed in three places across Sardinia, this was by far the best and one of the best we’ve ever stayed. "

"The villa was lovely and the agent really helpful and easy to contact and responsive. The swimming pool though not big we loved the design of it and the garden was very private with lots of umbrellas for shade. They did not speak much English though and maybe written instructions about how things works and the recycling would have been easier than the rep trying to explain to us when he met us on our arrival."

"Brilliant resort lots of activities and games played daily, animation team were energetic and inclusive in particular our favourites were the fabulous Diego, Veronica & Oscar. Daily evening shows which were good. Accommodation was tired but we stayed in the older version that had cooking facilities, the newer rooms looked less tired. Not a lot to do in the local area but plenty to keep you occupied in the resort. Free water sports tennis, beach volleyball, beach tennis, ping pong, bikes and lots more was fab."

"Un incubo.Abbiamo passato i primi due giorni a pulire la casa, sporco ovunque, tv che non funzionano, lavatrice rotta sostituita il secondo giorno, piatti e posate ed utensili vari che non vedevano un detersivo da mesi, se non di piu.Ho dovuto mettere le batterie ai telecomandi.Piscina piena di melma in pessimo stato di manutanzione; solo discutendo con il proprietario siamo riusciti almeno a provare a rimuovere il grosso, ma il sistema di depurazione non funzionante non ci ha permesso di utilizzare la piscina neanche per un giorno.Abbiamodovuto lavare lenzuola ed asciugamani , senza togliere i vestiti dalle valigie perche gli armadi maleodoravano.La residenza ha sicuramente del potenziale, se manutenzionata e pulita.Una vergogna assoluta nel 2025.A litigare tutti i giorni con titolare e figlio e far notare anche tutte le anomalie anche strutturali, lavandini divelti, doccia con tubo rotto.E non ne hanno voluto sapere di restituire parte dell'importo come rimborso per i disagi.Vacanza rovinata.Assolutamente da sconsigliare.Inoltre abbiamo scoperto che con molto meno si trovano alloggi anche in riva al mare.Ci siamo lasciati ingolosire dalle foto, per poi trovare una location Assolutamente in stato di abbandono.Vergognoso, ho dovuto chiamare l'avvocato per chiedere il rimborso dei disagi ricevuti.Hanno accampato scuse ridicole.Assolutamente da sconsigliare."

"The hotel is in a good location, just opposite the beach. The pool area is lovely and there were always enough loungers. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The waiting and pool staff were lovely, very polite and attentive. However, I had a major problem with our room. It was absolutely ghastly. It was a superior partial sea view category, but there was nothing superior about it. For a start the air conditioning did not work. We reported to reception but nothing was done about. As a result our room was stifling. At night it was so difficult to sleep. We would leave the balcony door open to let in the cooler night air, but at about 5.00 in the morning delivery lorries started arriving on the road outside and so we were woken very early. Secondly, the wifi didn't work in our room for the entire time we were there. Again we reported it, but nothing was done. We asked for a table on our balcony and were told there wasn't enough room for one, but we found a tatty old table in one of the communal areas and guess what? It fitted fine on our balcony. The aerial photos on Expedia show a tennis court and this was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. However the court had not been maintained and was out of use as it was unplayable. That is terrible for a 4 star hotel. Beware of all the extra costs too. If you want a towel for use by the pool it will cost you €4 per person per day. If you want undercover parking it's €10 per night, not that you are told that when you check in"
