The staff was helpful in answering questions and making recommendations regarding all things related to the island. The breakfast staff was exceptionally friendly. Room was comfortable and clean and kitchen utilities in the room were much appreciated.

Die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals, der Chef hat sich mit einer persönlichen Karte und einer Flasche Cham panier auf dem Balkon zum 70igsten Geburtstag meiner Frau gratuliert. Für mich und für die Ausflüge mit dem Auto Zentral gelegen. Für Gebuchte Veranstaltungen wird man meistens abgeholt. Wichtig ist für mich, es hat super gepasst.

Nice enough hotel, room was quite nice. I felt that the amenities listed were very misleading. There’s not a gym ( and that’s highly important for me) it’s a block down and costs 11 euros a day still. Bare basics of kitchenette. EVERY thing is extra charge per day rental from coffee pot,toaster, kettle etc. I feel this is ridiculous for a 4 star rating and the price point. Staff was average for the exception of Isabelle at the pool bar who was spectacular and also Ruben was great too.

Fuld udsigt til p-plads

Venlige mennesker, god stemning. Et minus dog, at selv om man bestiller fuld havudsigt risikerer at se mere parkeringsplads end hav, hvis man får et værelse på den vestlige side. Desuden en del larm fra fitnesscentret, der åbner deres dør ud til hotellet og kører hold i spinning med højttalerne på fuld drøn. Virker også lidt fedtet, at servicet er så sparsomt. 3 gafler, 3 skeer osv. Meget tynd wifi. Men stadig et pænt hotel med gode restauranter i nærheden. Vi havde sol i 2 uger og en fin ferie. Madeira er skøn!

BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!! me and my friend stayed for 3 nights at this hotel, and I woke up with 30 bites all over my legs, and I assumed they were mosquito bites, however I woke up during the night at 3.30am the next day and saw the bed was crawling with bed bugs, and I have pictures where they were hiding, in the cracks of the bed board. I spoke with reception who said they would clean the beds, but this is unusual because they are new beds. I’m sorry but my photos show evidence. Don’t book unless you don’t mind them crawling all over you during the night, and itching all day on holiday.

Desilução Total

Hotel de 4 estrelas que não devia ter atribuídas 2 estrelas sequer. Cama mal feita, completamente desconfortável. Cama de casal feita com lençois e edredons individuais. Sobrecolchão a ocupar cerca de 70% da cama. Autocolismo avariado, tive de o arranjar, pedi depois para o reparar, sem sucesso, pois estava sempre a verter água, fazendo barulho durante a noite. Toalhas de banho do tamanho de face, velhas e manchadas de graxa de sapatos (assim como os lençois). Foi solicitado um edredon de casal, mas foi entregue a capa separada do edredon. Um grande problema foi a água quente. O cilindro minimo por quarto obrigava que após uma pessoa tomar banho, a outra só podia tomar banho 1 hora depois. Foi visto no hotel várias pessoas sem o uso de equipamento individual de proteção, a equipa do hotel tem de garantir que o uso do mesmo é obrigatorio entre funcionários e clientes. Foi escolhido um hotel mais caro para termos mais conforto, mas o conforto foi o que menos tivemos, para uma passagem de ano na madeira.

Hotellet har en flott beliggenhet 2,5 km fra byen. Nærområde med kjøpesenter og mange restauranter og kafeer. Fint og rent bassengområde. Leilighetene er praktiske og en del utstyrt. Annet utstyr kan leies. God frokost. Veldig hyggelig personale. Dette var min fjerde tur hit og kommer gjerne tilbake. Pass på å ikke bestille de billigste rommene som ligger på bakkeplan. Her er det veranda nesten uten utsikt som ligger mot treningssenter med mye støy. Bestiller du rom mot øst og kveldssol ,ta gjerne litt opp i etasjene f.eks. fra 4 etasje for bedre utsikt.

Great location, modern and clean room

Check in was quick and easy, had side sea view and the view was wonderful . Pool area is great and was always plenty of sunbeds. Apartments were modern and beds comfortable but very squeaky

Great Hotel, good location, friendly service!

The hotel was superb value for our money! We rented a small suite and requested one on a high floor with unobstructed sea view. The hotel complied. The location is excellent, close to the water but also close to a modern shopping mall. There is excellent local bus service very close by for getting to and around Madeira. In addition they have a beautiful restaurant with excellent food. After trying it out the first night, we had dinner there every night of our stay, although there are lots of other restaurants around. The clientele appeared to be mostly from Scandinavian and Baltic countries, but the employees we encountered spoke good English.. Very friendly and helpful service whenever we had a request, no hidden or unexpected charges, a real find! Madeira itself has become a lot more "touristy" (last visit was almost 20 years ago) but it is still a very charming place. .

Gutes Hotel mit Mängeln

Das Hotel machte insgesamt einen guten Eindruck. Die Studios sind groß, die Küchenzeile ist mit zwei Herdplatten und Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Kaffeemaschien kann gegen Aufpreis ausgeliehen werden. Die Lage mit Meerblick und guter Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Madeira Forum ist günstig. WLAN funkionierte gut. Die Zimmerreinigung war leider nicht in Ordnung, zwar wurden - wider Erwarten - unsere Kaffeetassen abgespült, aber wir hatten den Eindruck, dass der Boden nicht gewischt wurde.

Un poco difícil de encontrar con el GPS, pero una vez localizado tiene fácil acceso, muy bien el parking gratuito. Las habitaciones son cómodas y funcionales, con cocina, zona de estar y terraza. La limpieza bien y el personal bastante amable. Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable.
