It is a solid residence which we are returning to for another 5 nights. There is space, a swimming pool, amd fine buffet dinners for 17 Euros pp. We did not encounter any cleanliness problems.

Good quality accommodation at an excellent price. It’s not the Ritz but the room we had was comfortable and had a pleasant sea view. The breakfast was included and was very good. There are many restaurants nearby and it’s also on a main bus route with the centre of Funchal less than 10 minutes away. If you are looking for a comfortable budget stay on this wonderful island this could be for you.

Really enjoyed my stay with my son. The room had loads of space and the kitchen had enough utensils to prepare breakfast and basic meals. The buffer dinner was quite nice probably one of the best I have in holiday hotels! The hotel is not far from Funchal town 20-30mins walk or easy access via a buse journey. There is plenty around the hotel to keep you in the hotel neighbourhood, just go and explore! The staff was very friendly and happy to help when solicited.
