Its a good hotel located in downtown calagry. my only reservation was they had no microwave in the room. I had to come down to the reception area to use a microwave

It was perfect location and quiet. Very friendly staff. I would book again.

The tiled kitchen/lounge floor was dirty The general decor was well used and past its best. The complete absence of staff meant the issues we had had to be dealt with phone and email and was unsuccessful and the issues were never resolved. We wasted to much of our valuable time waiting for someone to fix the door access The place was soulless
