Near Hakata Station around the 10 min walking dist

It is a nice location for walking 10 min from the Hakata Station to this apartment. However, the room is small. No one will clean the room for you, even you stay for 3 days. Therefore, you will feel sad about it.

Te booking access is annoying

I am from Hong Kong. After I book it, the hotel send me an email that I need to enter the customers name and parking places through VPN. However, Hong Kong(places outside Japan) cannot access the website to enter the information. The hotel don’t allow place outside Japan to access the information. This make me so inconvenient. There is no staff in the hotel and is all done by previous booking and AI. So you have no one to talk to. The house also no one to clean. The booking access and cleaning is something that not good enough. Luckily, the rooms floor is forever heated (we come in December and is cold) and the house when we first day enter is very clean. I think these 2 things is excellent. If you are not good at computer, you need staff to contact and to clean the room, you should not book this hotel. If you are good at computer and need not anyone to contact to or clean the room, then you are recommended to live in this hotel.

Great for a long stay! I wish I found it earlier in my trip because it's well equipped and offers a more local experience than a hotel. The space was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Although I'd prefer larger towels the in suite washer was a treat! Not many restaurants or stores in the immediate vicinity, but a convenient distance to Hakata station. Would happily do a long stay here again.

Fantastic apartment. easy check-in and out. Great location. Clean. Will stay again! Only concerns: Towels were too small. No iron in room with washing machine. No washing pole/line to hang washing.

博多駅から近いので交通面ではとても便利。マイナスポイントは写真と部屋が全然違うのと、髪の毛が落ちているのが気になった。また入室後送られてきたWi-FiのIDとパスワードはそもそもIDがなく、LINEで問い合わせたが返信も翌日のチェックアウト時間以降で全然連絡が取れなかった。

만 6세,3세 남아 2명과 함께하여 4인가족이 첫날 묵었는데 소파베드가 있는 곳이어서 침대와 소파를 펼쳐서 잠을 청하기 좋았습니다. TV도 일반 호텔이라 리조트에 있는 일반 일본채널만 나오는 TV가 아니라 유튜브 같은걸 볼 수 있어서 밤에 TV 시청하기에도 좋았네요. 다만, 차량 렌트 등을 계획하고 계시다면 미리미리 주차 자리 예약하시기를 권장드립니다. (주차 자리 예약은 별도 안내 이메일이 날라옵니다.) 저희는 미리 예약을 안해놔서 주차자리가 없다보니 그냥 렌트 일정을 바꿔서 택시로 다니다보니 그 부분은 좀 힘들었네요.

일본 가정집 느낌. 체크인전 미리 짐 맡기기 가능. 1층 와이파이 있음. 호실 와이파이는 호텔앱 메일보면 있음. 버스타려면 조금 걸어야 하지만 뚜벅이 여행엔 적합함. 소파 펴서 침대로 쓸수있음. 반쯤 무인화 되어있음. 다만 카톡이나 호텔스 앱으로 빠르게 대응하니 대부분의 경우 불편함을 못느낌. 세탁기 있어 좋음. 온수 안되서 놀랄수 있는데 욕실앞에 버튼 렌즈나 버녕ㄱ기 돌려서 작동 시키면 온수 나옴. 바닥 난방 있음 따뜻해서 좋았음. 에어컨있음. 난방으로 틀었음. 공기 건조해져서 목아플 수 있음. 세탁기 돌리고 옷 걸어 두거나 난방 적당히 돌리거나 환기 가끔 하면 좋음. 지금가면 주변강가에 검은 봉다리 쌓여있을건데 님들 생각하는거 아님. 공사용 컨테이너 포대임. 안심해도됨.

저는 어지간한 숙소에서는 잠도잘자고 불만을 갖지 않습니다. 하지만, 솔직히 이곳은 너무 많이 실망입니다. 아기가 있기 때문에 저상침대가 있는 호텔을 선택했고 딱 그거뿐입니다. 숙소가 오래되어서 온수기를 틀고 이런문제는 저에게 전혀 중요하지 않습니다.단, 청결상태가 심하게 불량합니다. 욕실의 바닥에는 머리카락이 그대로 있고 일회용 샴푸 껍데기인 은박지가 배수구에 그대로 있더군요. 또, 자는방을 아기가 물티슈로 바닥을 한번 닦자 아기 손모양대로 시커멓게 물티슈에 묻어나옵니다. 마지막으로 이건 숙소가 잘못된건아니지만, 밤새 숙소 밖에서 삐소리가 계속 들립니다. 후쿠오카만 10번이상 다닐정도로 많이 갔다고 생각하는데 이숙소는 다시는 방문계획없습니다

四人房

福岡博多車站走路約600公尺，無論是搭巴士或捷運都很方便，民宿很安靜，有問題直接詢問也很快速，唯一廁所很臭，住了兩天之後才發現，馬桶蓋後方有黑黑的水會滲滴出來，應該是清潔沒有完整，其他方面都還好。
