Location was superb and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean but lacked amenities, no elevator so after a long day of walking through town, walking up those stairs were brutal. The TV had no smart access so you were stuck with just polish channels. Overall the hotel was an 8/10. I would stay there again

The Hotel is very clean and staff are friendly and helpful.Hotel is located just 16 minutes from the Old town krakow.There is also a lot of eatery around that you can choose from.Overall,we're happy to stayed at the Metropolitan Boutique hotel.

The hotel was very good but a little far from old town and there was not much round the hotel no resturants or bars so if you struggle with walking it might be to far to walk but there is a tram that takes you into old town and for a cheap price that runs well into the night and early morning breakfast was ok but abit expensive
