It comfortably accommodates 2 guests with complete privacy. The sofa bed can also be used as a bed for a child.



The highlight of this accommodation is its uncovered outdoor terrace, offering magnificent views of the beach and the Mediterranean Sea—perfect for enjoying sunrise or sunset. All entertainment venues are just a 2-minute walk away.



Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, and extras such as beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. A crib and high chair are available on request and subject to availability. The building offers a heated pool open year-round. The property does not have parking, but free parking is available on the streets behind the building. On the seafront, parking is paid during working hours. Pets are not allowed.
