"If you’re looking for a hotel in the Salzburg area and, like me, tend to do your homework—reading reviews, comparing prices, opening multiple tabs—save yourself the trouble and just book The Passenger Hotel. It’s truly the best! The hotel is new, which means it’s fresh, modern, and very clean. The staff was wonderful at every step—from check-in, to the restaurant, to check-out. Everyone we interacted with was kind, helpful, and welcoming. Parking is available for a fee, but it’s super convenient. Moreover, there are great dining options and shopping just a short 3–5 minute walk away. I’m not sure if I’ll ever have the chance to return to the Salzburg area, but I’d be remiss if I didn’t recommend this fantastic hotel to fellow travelers. Highly recommended!"

"We both absolutely loved this super cool hotel. Lots of little touches in the room made it feel extra special. All the furnishings are super modern and sleek. I liked the way the bed appeared to float and was illuminated at night to highlight that. The lighting, the bathroom, the hotel, it was all such fun and so well planned and thought out! The bathroom even had a speaker for music. The food in the rooftop bar was excellent - I had an vegan panna cotta for pudding, which was excellent, and the service was prompt and friendly. The wine was good, the beer was good. The view from the 360° roof bar was stunning, stretching across Salzburg and its suburbs towards the Alps. Prices in the bar were fair and the food prices were about right for Salzburg. My only criticism is: the queue to check in and check out was a little long. Everything else was perfect. I could have stayed in this lovely hotel a lot longer. "
