"We love these little villas and this is our second stay here. Villas very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, great location for Disney and the Val d'Europe. We did have an issue with the heating - upstairs very warm, downstairs very cold and despite visits from the engineer it was not resolved but it didn't detract from us enjoying our stay here again. "

"Wir hatten ein Standard Mobil Home: Das ganze Mobil Home hat stark nach Urin gestunken - das war wohl das Putzmittel, trotzdem ist es alles andere als angenehme gewesen. Des Weiteren war es nicht sauber und überall waren Ameisen, Boden, Küchenschränken, am Kühlschrank - auch auf den Betten. Wir haben uns dann beschwert und haben ein „Upgarde“ bekommen - das war dann auch sauber und hat nicht gestunken und es waren keine Ameisen überall, trotzdem muss ich sagen würde ich hier nicht nochmal...

"The hotel was excellent. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent too as it was only a 10 minute walk to the theme park. Check in and check out was very easy and efficient. The only very slight negative is that we didn't get any help taking the luggage from the hotel to the taxi and the doorman stood and watched whilst we tried to hold the door open and wheel the suitcases through at the same time. Apart from that everything else was superb."
