「Great customer service. Beautiful views and clean rooms. Only cons were lack of good water pressure and food was 5-6/10. This is unfortunately the norm for most beach front resorts. 」

「Very beautiful resort with really good food. The resort is actually impeccably clean. The rooms are gorgeous. The staff was extremely attentive. Just be careful when booking. I booked for 2 and noticed day before departure that the booking had somehow changed to a booking for 1 person, but at the same price for two! It was a little horrific as I had to pay considerably more upon arrival! Significantly more. Now I have a small claims court date to contend with. Very unfortunate. But the resort...

「Lovely spacious rooms, very clean, all rooms had a sea view. Direct access to the beach and lovely beach bar. Food was fantastic the English sub is a must at breakfast. Wonderful family run hotel with friendly welcoming staff. We will be back next year!」

「We had an amazing vacation at Sugar Bay. The hotel is gorgeous, the staff are super friendly and caring, the beach is perfect (protected by a cove and a nice size) and the food choices were very fresh, varied and delicious. Our room was super bright and clean and expansive. Everything we needed for the perfect holiday was right there. Did I mention the swim up bar with strong cocktails and the snorkeling in the front of the hotel? We will definitely return.」

「空港からタクシーで20分程。到着エリアでdispatcherにホテル名を伝え他の乗客と混載。 客室はレセプションのある海に面した建物とは別棟。内陸側だったが2階だったためバルコニーから若干海が見えた。 客室はリビング兼ダイニング（ここにもシングルベッド1台）とベッドルーム（キングサイズベッド1台）。シャワーのみだが水圧と湯量はOK。設備は電子レンジ、ガスコンロ、冷蔵庫、電気ケトル。金庫はなかった。WiFiは速くはないしたまに切断するがそこまで問題なし。3泊したが清掃は綺麗だった。夜は周辺のナイトクラブから音楽が聞こえやや騒がしい。 最終日はチェックアウト時刻を2時間程延長してもらえたのは感謝したい。ツアーデスクのスタッフもフレンドリーで親切に各種ツアーの相談・申し込みをしてもらえた。 プールサイドのテラスから望む海と夕暮れは最高。」
