Three-story Canadian Lighthouse

The 1300 sq foot 2 bedroom house is on 10.5 acres in the White Mountains. Each floor has something unique to offer. From the spacious kitchen to the cozy living room. The master has 8 windows and a 4 foot sky light with additional seating area. We are on the snowmobile trail F14. A short drive to Mt Cranmore and Shawne peak. During the summer there is much to do. You can rent a canoe or tube and float down the Saco river. Most all of the ski areas have activities like downhill mountain biking. You can go into North Conway to enjoy endless restaurants and outlet stores.

Lighthouse Visit

Perfect Stay!

This was our second time staying here. We really enjoyed our stay again!! My husband is originally from Fryeburg, so we come back often to visit friends and family. This is our favorite place to stay! It's extremely clean and comfortable. The hosts are wonderful! Very attentive and always respond quickly. It is in a great location with beautiful views all around.

Girls Weekend Getaway

One small issue with the second floor air conditioner window being cracked open which let in some bugs. We easily fixed the problem with a shirt but other than that it was a very clean house and the owners communicated well with us.

Just perfect

This was our second time staying at this property. We love the lighthouse. It’s just the right size for my husband, myself and our 2 boys. Lots of games inside and great area to run around and play outside.

Beautiful property

My sisters and I went to spend time at the fair the house was perfectly located . We never got stuck in any of the fair traffic. The property was perfect it had everything thing you could need or want to have a great stay. It was very clean Bob was very helpful and friendly. If you are going to Fryeburg this is the perfect place to stay you will not be disappointed.

Adorable

This property is new and super clean. There are window AC's in the bedrooms. The sitting room is located on the 2nd floor and is cozy for 2 people with large TV. The main bedroom is located on the 3rd level, but the staircase is wide and easily manageable if you are an older adult. The host, Bob, is extremely accommodating.

Beautiful place overall

Arrival to the property was much easier than expected and the snow was cleaned up very nicely. We did notice immediately on walking in that the building smelled of cigarette smoke. This was quite a big issue since we had a baby and my husband has breathing issues. We were able to air the house out enough to breathe decently. The house itself was very nice to stay in. Not the safest place for a baby with the open stairs but I didn’t expect it to be baby friendly so that wasn’t a big issue. Location was super close to ski mountains and stores are right down the road. Beds were super comfy and clean. We loved the place just were disappointed with it being labeled as “non-smoking” when it wasn’t.

Very Cool & Comfortable Place

The lighthouse was fantastic! Handcrafted by the owner and everything there is updated and new. Very cool build!!! The house is much more spacious inside than the pictures show. Primary bedroom was a delightful sleep. Place was setup with everything needed to cook and to have a nice dinner. There’s a toaster, microwave & a Kuerig so bring your favorite k-cups. Communication with Bob was easy and he was extremely responsive. Only 15 mins from my favorite lake in the world where you can rent boats daily. Thank you again, Bob!! A++

The lighthouse is such a wonderful place to stay. The property is secluded enough to be quiet and private, yet a short drive to great restaurants and many activities. The hosts were quick to respond to any question we had. They went above and beyond on amenities - anything we needed was there. We really enjoyed the fire at night and being tucked away in the woods let us see more stars than I have ever witnessed. We highly recommend this property
