「Nice staff」

「They say they’re pet friendly but big signs up saying there’s a huge fine if you bring a pet! Very run down. We had a shared balcony so couldn’t have the door open for security and it got very warm. Although the hotel was almost empty the room next to us was booked and the walls are super thin and we were unlucky with noisy room neighbours. No staff on site 」

「La propiedad es muy linda y el staff espectacular hicieron de nuestra estancia algo muy bonito. La única particularidad que tienen que considerar es que el htl en invierno está en medio de la montaña y no puedes ni entrar ni salir más allá de las 5pm」

「Overall very good experience! It was very hot so was hoping for a/c but there was none (I also did not check before booking). The restaurant was expensive so only used it for 1 breakfast which was ok. The staff were very accommodating with the use of 2 fans and a USB charger. Overall the stay was very good!」
