"We loved our time at the Palisade River Ranch. The location felt quiet and secluded but was close to the fruit stands, wineries and restaurants in Palisade. The property was lovely with its ponds, short walk to the Colorado River and views of the book cliffs. Farm fresh eggs were such a treat. Highly recommend and and plan to come back some day."

"The property was very well laid out and very spacious. It was very well decorated. The property was very clean. Tom thought of everything. The kitchen was well appointed, there was a setup for drinks, coffees and a variety of teas and hot chocolate. There was also a snack supply. Tom was wonderful to deal with and responded quickly with answers to our questions. We will definitely stay here next year when we are in Grand Junction."

"We stayed at this same property last summer when our son got married in Grand Junction. It is a very cute place. Nice updated kitchen/living room area. It might be time to update the bed, its getting a little "taco shellish". If you do, I would say put a bed frame that sits up a little higher. Easier to get in and out of bed and would give the room a classier look. It's a little tight for storage, but if the cleaning supplies could be moved to another spot it would allow better use of the...
