We really loved this hotel in Lisboa! Recently opening last October, the hotel is a beautiful gem. Our room was spacious, luxurious, and equipped with all of the amenities we like such as a Dyson hair dryer and Guerlain products. Their rooftop bar has the best view of the castle and city. Their spa level with a heated pool was exceptional.
The staff members were extremely professional and friendly. We sincerely appreciated their attention to detail. They were gracious, polite, helpful, and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of throughout our stay.
In addition, this hotel is located in the best area of the city, with access to great restaurants, just a block away. Five stars across the board!

No serious issues but definitely a case of you get what you pay for. I stayed three nights and each night it sounded like people in rooms above and beside me were either smashing furniture or throwing suitcases across the room. This wasn’t the fault of the hotel and possibly a rare occurrence.

Great hotel, parking entrance and exit are a bit stressful. Breakfast is good, not sure if there was a possibility to have omelets. I hated the fact that there were no outlets on one side of bed. Gym is quite basic
