Walk up to the second level and enter the great room with cathedral ceilings lined with sliding glass doors leading out to a screened porch and the rest of the upper-level wraparound sundeck. An open floor plan on this upper level reveals the living area, dining area, and well-appointed kitchen that looks through into the great room so the chef will never miss out on the family conversation. The sundeck has a picnic table for alfresco meals.
A spacious loft is a bonus just up a short set of stairs from the upper level. Spy on folks in the great room below and enjoy peek-a-boo ocean views from the windows in this third-level loft. Other features of this home include a fish-cleaning table with running water and an outdoor shower for rinsing off upon your return from the beach.
The main bedroom has ample closet space and a bathroom featuring a stall shower and dual sinks. Step out sliding glass doors onto the covered deck and listen to the rolling waves hitting the beach just at the end of the street. One of the guest bedrooms boasts covered deck access.
