Excellent views and just 10 minutes’ drive from Frigiliana

This lovely, rustic style villa provides a peaceful country retreat enjoying stunning views across the countryside down to the coast. Located north of Frigiliana, within a 10 minutes’ drive from shops, restaurants and tapas bars, this property offers a unique opportunity for a lazy holiday at the Andalucian countryside.



Location and outside area

This lovely semi-detached villa is reached via a winding, concrete country lane, and yet it’s less than 10 minutes’ drive from Frigiliana (3.7 km) itself and just 20 minutes from the coast at Nerja and its’ sandy beaches (11 km). Upon arrival, your eye will directly catch the magnificent views out over the surrounding landscape and out to the Mediterranean. The garden is a wealth of flowers, plants, bushes and trees and offers several sitting areas. There is a private pool (4m x 3m and 1.70m deep) and an adjacent sun terrace with 4 sun loungers, whilst the barbeque area is the right place to entertain your selves at night maybe enjoying a sangria under starry skies. A full shower is placed is conveniently placed under the pool terrace.



Inside and lay-out

The villa is comfortably equipped, not luxurious but just correct, with satisfactory facilities. The ground floor consists of a spacious kitchen / dining room with direct access to a large terrace which makes dining outside easy. The kitchen comes complete with fridge/freezer, 4 rings gas hob, electric oven and microwave. The washing machine is placed in the garden shower room. The cosy living room is equipped with 2 sofas, open fireplace for the cooler days in off-season and a large flat screen TV with satellite reception.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins) and a full bathroom with an over bath shower, WC, and wash basin.



A WiFi internet connection is provided free of charge.

Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms (free of charge).

There is an additional shower room (WC, sink and shower) on a lower level than the pool.

Wat is dit een heerlijk vakantiehuis! De ...

Wat is dit een heerlijk vakantiehuis! De ligging op een berg zorgt voor een prachtig uitzicht en vaak een verkoelend briesje. De weg er naar toe is prima te rijden. Frigiliana is een erg leuk plaatsje, Malaga en Granada zijn met een klein/ruim uur ook goed bereikbaar. Maar eigenlijk wil je hier gewoon thuis blijven! Het huis en alle terrassen bieden voldoende plek om in en uit de zon te zitten en liggen. Bij het zwembad is een aparte douche/toilet ruimte, ideaal. Het huis is gezellig ingericht, schoon en keurig onderhouden. Alle slaapkamers hebben een goede airco, ruime kledingkasten en fijne bedden. Er waren kleine en grote handdoeken en badlakens en keukenlinnen aanwezig. De keukeninventaris is ruim. Kortom, een privé villa, waarin je je de koning te rijk voelt.

Séjour très agréable dans cette très belle maison

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison bénéficiant d'une superbe vue. La terrasse et la piscine (pas si petite) ont été très appréciées. Notre hôte Juan Diego a été très accueillant.

Wat een heerlijke vakantie hebben we gehad! Samen met onze dochter (17) hebben we twee heerlijke weken gehad. Heerlijk weer dus veel buiten geleefd. Veel privacy, lieve eigenaren vooral Juan en behulpzame medewerkers van Casitas Select! in het bijzonder Ralph. Ook leuke plaatsjes in de buurt waar je heerlijk kunt eten en de drukte op kunt zoeken en daarna weer heerlijk naar je rustige huis met prachtig uitzicht. Auto wel vereist. Het zwemband was klein maar voldoende voor afkoeling als het te heet wordt. Wij houden van Andalusia. Geen enkel dorp in de omgeving is het zelfde en wij gaan zeker een keertje terug. Familie Ibrahim

Todo muy bien. Cosas a mejorar sería más luz en la terraza y el salón, poner aire o ventiladores de techo en ambientes como cocina, salón y terraza. Y corroborar que la foto del anuncio de la piscina, no corresponde a su tamaño real.
