The owner was very pleasant and helpful as we got turned around a couple times getting to the house but once we got our bearings together and with assistance from Nancy we found it. "We loved the cabin! Very cool and remote. Rave reviews for the cabin and location. The cabin is decorated nicely and lots of memorabilia from the era. We fished the Mitchell and Stone Mountain with just a short drive. Check out process was easy, but could be a little easier to find details and clarity regarding to what to do with linens and trash. The fishing pond doesn't appear to have catchable fish.... or maybe we didn't offer them anything interesting. Thanks! We would recommend this...

"We were greeted by the owner…she very graciously showed us around the hotel and gave us a room with a view of the New River. She was very welcoming. The 1902 building has been beautifully restored.
