Christmas Getaway

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the cottage. It was located on a dead end street, so there was not much foot or vehicular traffic. Laura was wonderful throughout the entire reservation process and our stay. It was nice having access to the adjacent dock to relax and fish. We would definitely stay again. Perfect for a small family or a couple's getaway. Not far from Knoxville, Loudon, Maryville, or Tellico Village.

Quick weekend trip

I recommend this home and host. We stayed for a quick getaway to visit a nearby friend. The beds were super comfortable. The home was clean and easy to find even though we arrived after dark. The view from the porch was peaceful and it provided the relaxing environment we were looking for. The lock box code was wrong and she fixed it in less than 5 minutes and we were in the house! I recommend bring extra towels and washcloths if you stay very long just for convenience.

Extremely pleased!

Fantastic custom lake home close to Knoxville! The house was beautiful and clean. Views were stunning. The beds were extremely comfortable, even the trundle bed in downstairs bedroom. It was lacking a few kitchen items like some pizza trays but otherwise very well appointed. We didn’t get a check out to-do list which would’ve been helpful but not a huge issue. Host was very pleasant to work with. Definitely would stay here again in the future!

Very clean place. Quiet setting on the water. Tucked back in a neighborhood which cuts down on any disturbances. Steps into the unit are a little precarious due to it just being gravel. Otherwise great spot.
