Moments later, another woman came forward saying her 14-year-old relative was missing. The situation caused panic among families, and the response from hotel staff was disorganized and unprofessional. The police were called, and chaos continued for hours with shouting and people running through the hallways. What made things even worse is that no one from the hotel ever reached out to check on us or explain what had happened. I didn’t feel safe staying there with my children. This experience was deeply unsettling and left me with no desire to ever return."
