"The property was fun and whimsical and loved the outdoor patio and grill area. Didn't need anything as we were blessed with coffee and provided with all you would need to cook. The bathroom was nice and roomy and the fireplace was nice as well as the sofa and bed comfy comfortable. The walk to the door was a little bit of a challenge with these old knees but we were fine. "This review is for one night, but actually we stayed four nights. Right when we got there, we knew three nights would not be enough so we booked an extra night. The views are amazing and so many deer to enjoy watching feed. The hot tub in the picture is not the one they have now. They have put in a really nice one. Our stay was a very quiet and peaceful and relaxing time. The inside is exceptionally decorated nice and very clean. The kitchen cooktop only has two burners and there is no oven except for a toaster oven, but it worked for us. The king size bed is very comfortable and they have provided everything you need. We loved their two dogs coming over to visit every day. The puppy even visited inside our cabin a couple of times. He was so cute and friendly. We were close to everything we wanted to do. When you go back down the mountain from the cabin you get on the highway that goes to Beaver Bend Park or you can go the other way and get on the main highway and go to the marina or Broken Bow. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The nearest grocery store to get any real groceries is about 10 minutes away, but there is ice and simple groceries closer than that. We really hope to go back there one day and we would definitely book this cabin. It’s at the end of the road, so there is absolutely no traffic except for those that live there coming and going. We booked a guided fishing trip from the marina probably 10 minutes away and it did not disappoint. We also ate at Shuck Me which is about 15 minutes down the highway, and it was really great seafood. We loved everything about this place!"

"For future guests, I wanted to note that the VRBO map location appears to be inaccurate. It currently shows the property near Broken Bow Lake on the peninsula east of Highway 259, but the home is actually located west of 259 and a bit farther north. We selected the property in part based on the mapped location. I did mention this to the management team, though I’m not sure whether it has been updated yet.The driveway is long and fairly steep, leading down to the home, which is situated at the bottom of a hill between two other houses. The turnaround space is somewhat tight, so maneuvering in and out can be challenging (we had a minivan).The house itself was clean and otherwise matched the listing description. The Wi-Fi was somewhat inconsistent, similar to what other reviewers have mentioned. If you plan to use the firepit in the evening, you may want to bring a flashlight, as the back stairs are not lit. We also replaced the battery in one of the bedroom clocks during our stay. "
