I enjoyed a fantastic day at SANA Berlin Hotel. My room was comfortable and spacious, modern and clean. The staff were all superstars. They were very friendly and very accommodating to my requests. I cannot thank them enough. Finally, the hotel is perfectly located. Easy to reach by public transport, and within walking distance to High Street shops and restaurants I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location to all the tourist attractions and shopping centre. The hotel is super busy when we checkin so the customer service wasn’t best. We were allocated to a room which was very bad odour but the staff is very helpful and swap us with an alternative one. They have happy hour in the afternoon ...
