8.4/10 Very Good! (354 reviews)
Incredibly bad experience at Hotel Lotschberg.
The room was extremely small and not at all suitable for 2 people. The heater was not working on one of the nights I stayed
Overall, not recommended at all. During my 9-day trip I changed 5 hotels and every other hotel was good. Because those hotels were not booked from hotel.com
This was the worst one.
Also, I do NOT recommend Hotels.com. It shows booking for 2 guests at first, then later changes to booking for 1 and asks you to pay at the property. This is misleading
0/5 Stars.

9/10 Wonderful! (449 reviews)
Amazing apartment.
Everything was so great and convenient. The location, the apt size, the staff very welcoming and the convenience that it was fully equiped especially the kitchen we could cook healthy meal instead of eating out everyday.
Highly recommend.
