So I left the hotel. Bad service. Didn’t want to work with or even try to help out. "

That's unacceptable.  We killed them. Hoping don't find more. But to our surprise we fund another one.  All around the sofa, the day we leaving.  We had to check all our clothes making sure aren't in our clothes.  At the time we leaving and the keys into red bucket,  we saw a employee and we show her the video we recorded with the cockroache,  and she told as, write a email to our manager.  And this's what we did. But she never responded to our email We want a anwnser about it. That' can't not happen.  "
