「Disappointing — AC did not cool the room We specifically chose this hotel because it advertised air conditioning. Unfortunately, our room remained 24–26°C overnight despite the AC being set to 19°C and running continuously. The outside temperature was approximately 22°C. My family and I were unable to sleep and were awake until approximately 3 a.m. I have asthma, so reliable AC was an important reason I selected this hotel.
