「Horrible service and rooms」

「This motel is nothing fancy, but it’s clean and comfortable and everything worked. It was just fine for a one-night stay. 」

「Our first room had a dog down the hall that barked for 2.5 hours straight. When i went to the desk to request a room change there were guests checking out for the same reason. The front desk was happy to move our room. We get to the second room and there is yet another dog that barked for a solid hour. I know this is a pet friendly hotel and I have stayed in many pet friendly hotels and have never experienced this. So on to the third room on the 1st floor. The entire hallway smelled like wet...

「We checked into room 204. As I was reading in bed, I saw a bed bug crawl toward me on the bed sheet. I killed it, put it into a tissue, and took it to the front desk. The motel staff were incredibly kind and responsive, and they moved us into another room. We checked the beds in the new room and saw no evidence of bed bugs, so we spent the night there. The mattresses were uncomfortable; old and with low spots on both sides of the bed. I had to sleep in the middle of the bed just to find a flat...

「The bathroom hasn't been updated since the 50s. Some stains on the bedspread and lamps. It's just very old and motel-like.」
