"The Wi-Fi is unsecured, so don't do anything important while online. You are told upon checking in that trash pick up is everyday and housekeeping is every third day. Nope. My trash was only picked up once during an 11 night stay. The bed was never changed and they only replaced the wet towels once (and that was because I saw the housekeeping girl in the hallway. Otherwise, who knows. Not much in the way of amenities, but the air conditioner worked well."

"Parking felt safe"

"The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom door kept sticking on the floor and was hard to open and close. When the room got hot and I had to turn on the air conditioning, ants started coming out around the unit. The last thing was that the only elevator in the building broke and I had to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to my room. All in all, not the best stay! "

"I reserved a room that was suppose to have the view of the pond and instead they gave me a room facing the parking lot. "

"The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The kitchen was up to date and clean. It did have the necessary utensils, but very limited and no actual sitting/eating are (counter or table). The breakfast was great and with many options. On our day they had biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, granola, fruit, oatmeal, 3 different cereals and an assortment of breads. I saw the breakfast schedule in the room and there options vary slightly by day. "

"The central heating and cooling was easy to operate and made the house very comfortable. Rooms were generally clean, except for some stains on a comforter and on a towel. Bathrooms were nicely remodeled. It actually has three rooms instead of two as listed. Would be nice to have different types of pillows as they were all too high/thick for me. It’s a quiet neighborhood. Would be nice to know ahead of time when the landscape maintenance guy was coming. Check in and check out were very easy, and it had everything I needed, so I didn’t even need to contact the host. Location is very convenient, just minutes to a lot of shops and eateries, freeways and a park. "
