Private: property, garden 500 m2, swimming pool angular (3 x 4 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). Patio, arbour, barbecue house, parking at the house. Shopping centre 2 km, bus stop "Destremeau" 150 m, railway station "Saint Raphael" 8 km, sandy beach "Plages de fréjus" 5 km. Sports harbour 6 km, golf course (18 hole) 5 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand 7 km, Karting 7 km. Hiking paths: L'Estérel 6 km. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency INTERHOME in Port Fréjus.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Sep. WC, bath/shower/WC. Terrace 20 m2 partly roofed, south facing position and, east facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house.
