It’s a self check-in process, so dropping off your bags before check-in likely isn’t an option—unfortunate for most travelers, frankly. Our room key code wasn’t useable til the 3pm check-in slot—which we didn’t get until we called the help number a few times. Other guests told us the same. That process could absolutely be smoother and more accommodating (something that would be, were there someone working at the counter in the lobby.) Overall—it’s a cheap, clean room with solid amenities, comfy beds and a larger bathroom than us 2 Americans expected. I’d stay again, but only because now we know about the check-in process.
