For the location it was great.

We walking late around 9 pm first impression was okay. Furnishings looked a bit worse for wear. Unloaded everything sat down on the couch figured out TV, thankfully that was fully loaded with different channels/networks to choose from. As we sat there, not even being there for 30 mins, ants started crawling on us from the couch. Immediately sat up noticed that couch was not cleaned, spots of something that didn’t come off. Lifted the couch, found a storage spot with a few pieces of candy and grime. Cleaned that mess up hoping that would fix ant problem but they hung around all weekend. Toilet lid was broken. Ants were in bathroom too. Linens were washed not spotless but smelled clean. House was tidy other than that. No vacuum just a broom. Right on the beach such a great view! Enjoyed our time but think it was pretty expensive for a house that definitely needs updating.

Great Location and Wonderful View

Overall everything was good. The view from the deck was fantastic and there was always a great breeze blowing. Perfectly situated next to a beach where you can set up a tent and leave it there for a couple of days and still keep an eye on things. Plenty of pots/pans and utensils. Plenty of seating and space for everyone. There are a few things that could improve. Such as the cleanness of the sheets/towels. Most seem to have stains on them and would prefer if they were something more like white so they could be bleached between stays. The toilet seat in one of the restrooms was broken and was difficult for most of us to use. If the listing says it can support 8-10 guests, then there should at least be enough mugs for everyone to use for coffee. By far our biggest issue was the sofa that converts into a bed was broken and doesn't remain a bed once set up. Rolling around a bit will cause the platform to collapse which makes it uncomfortable to use. Not sure how you'll sleep 10 as there are only 3 beds and the broken sofa. Thankfully 2 of our party members were toddlers so we could have them sleep in the bed with us. No extra mattress sheets from what we could find but luckily we didn't need to swap them out during our stay. However, others might need them in case something happens.

Great Spot

This house is in a great location! Large open floor plan in the living room and kitchen area. Nick is a great host and we would definitely recommend this property.
