We love the interactions with them as they always are quick with a smile, and making you laugh. A special "thank you" to K,C. who works the front gate security as I had the privilege of talking to and learning so much more of the history of Grand Bahama Island! She was extremely timely in responding to our questions and very informative and helpful to surrounding attractions and recommendations for fishing, dining, and entertainment. The pool house/area was definitely our favorite part of the stay for us! The host made sure to cover all the bases on entertaining clients!"

"We liked that there were different restaurant options for the resort because we didn’t care for the buffet too much. The restaurants were outstanding though! The ladies at the spa were very nice as well. We wish the area they did the shows would have had some ac so we didn’t get overheated. We never got to see any of the shows because it was just too hot. We really enjoyed listening to the lady sing every night. The resort was not over crowded. We had a very nice stay overall. Everyone was very polite!"
