I had all the amenities to prepare meals and store food items. The property was within walking distance of the beach (100 yards for so). "

"We absolutely loved staying at apt 1. It has all you need while on your trip, and the walk to beach is literally 3 minutes. Was definitely impressed with the cleanliness!!! "Our rating is 5 stars, not because it’s a super high-end place, it isn’t. But it’s still 5 stars for us because it is the perfect intersection of price and proximity to the beach. While small, it’s clean and bright inside, and the bed is comfortable. From the deck, you can see the water, which is nice for a morning coffee, or evening drink. No roads to cross on the short walk to the beach. We will be back…"

"House was really clean and stocked with everything you could ask for. Paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo and soap. Trash bags even propane for gas grill. Beds were most comfortable ive slept in and i stay at beach 2-3 times a year. Great spot and great host."
