Great little cabin to call home for a few days. It has everything you need to be comfortable and the location is so serene and peaceful. Plus, I love all the animals on-site.
Beautiful modern interior, very clean. The kids loved having a place of their own up in the lofts. Had everything we needed for an extended stay. Great central location to Zion, Grand Canyon North Rim, Bryce and even explored the Pink Sands. Some are long-ish drives but nice to have a familiar place to come back to.
This was a convenient yet very private location to stay while we visited many National and State Parks. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed the sunsets and sunrises.
These accomodations were simple, but allowed us to access North Rim of Grand Canyon. Zion and Bryce. Beds were comfortable and basic kitchen amenities were provided. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great clean space. Stayed one night with a group. Loved it.
We had such a nice stay (family of 4, two boys are 10 and 12) at this little cabin. Enjoyed looking at the stars at night, petting the cats (one especially friendly one hung out on our porch for the whole time we were there), and checking out the scenery. Comfortable and very clean accommodations. Thank you for a great stay!
It was perfect for our group of 4 staying and hiking at all the national parks in the area. We were all super tired and it was awesome to be able to come back to a comfortable cabin. Also, the cats that wander are cool too.
We really enjoyed our stay. It was just as listed and perfectly located for us visiting all the national parks in the area. The beds were comfortable and clean. Great water pressure and hot water. The WiFi was a lifesaver for our teens as cell signal in the area is spotty due to being so rural. The directions to the cabin was spot on—no trouble at all. Thank you for a wonderful base for our trip.

I absolutely loved this little cabin! It was a great place to get away from the bustle of Zion NP. We could visually see the Milky Way. Definitely a place to star gaze! The bed was SO comfortable. It was nice to make my own food in the kitchen. I am a fan of unique places, and I think this is worth the drive to enjoy some quiet rest at night.
The cabin was cute, clean, super fun, had everything we needed❤️ property manager was very quick to answer questions and respond. Loved the drive to Bryce and Zion from the cabin. Store was close for any needs. Overall amazing experience
It was great for 3 of us. In the middle of everywhere if you're willing to drive, 4 hrs from the grand canyon, 1 hr from Zion, and 2.5hrs from Las Vegas. Clean and cozy.
Cabin was very clean. Central location to Zion and Grand Canyon North Rim.
There is a grocery store about three miles away. Be sure to stop and get all your supplies.
Perfect stay! Had everything we were looking for! Vary clean quiet and cozy. We had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. The grocery store was only about 8 minutes away. This place is a gem and I can’t wait to comeback. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful property with us.
We were doing a road trip and picked this location to stay because it was with 2 hours of most of what we wanted to do. We loved the cabin, everything we needed and so quiet and peaceful at night. All of the beds were super comfortable and host was very polite in communications. We had no need to contact during our stay, but the host is also on property. Would defenately stay there again if in the area. We visited Zion, Antelope Canyon and Grand Canyon plus multiple other locations while there.
Jeanette provided us a very cozy and comfortable place to stay while our family of 5 adventurers surfed the pink coral sand dunes, hiked observation point and trenched through the Narrows of Zions national park, and enjoyed visiting other fun sites around the area. Such a lovely spring break with plenty of hot water to clean up our bodies and relax at the end of long days!
PS the ranch dog was an added and welcomed bonus. My kids loved him and the cat too.
We finished up the last part of our vacation with a 2 night stay here. It was very clean, there was 4 waters cold in the fridge waiting for us, we had a beautiful view of horses out one window and beautiful mountains out the other. We got to pet the horses and give them carrots. The cats were also so very cute and friendly. My daughter got quite attached to them. Communication was fast and easy. We will be returning for another stay!
Couple of things that kept this from being a 5 was the description stating 3 bd rooms. It is not! It is 1 room cabin with 2 very short lofts. 1 king bed and 2 full beds not 2 queens. One of our kids had to sleep on the floor of the loft because the upstairs bed could only fit 1. I would say it sleeps 4 adults. Also the puctures look like the cabin is somewhat secluded. It is not. It is very very close to the other 5 cabins. Parking is scarce. Location is great for seculsion overall, but i didnt enjoy seeing my neighbors change clothes while we were eating. Had to close our blinds ....lol. i would have probably still rented the cabin...but i felt like the description was way off. Also be aware they do not have non stick plans so bring cooking spray or oil.

Nice, but not as described
Very nice hostess, centrally located to attractions, good heat/AC, cozy cabin, good water pressure, nice bed, huge tv, but we didn't turn it on, great kitchen, grill & bathroom amenities. Things to improve on is the bed was not put together upon arrival. The sheets,& comforter were in a stack at the end of the bed. We had traveled thru 2 time zones & were tired, the last thing we wanted to do was make the bed. In the pictures online, the bed is completely made. Rustic is a nice way of stating you are literally in an old horse pen and you are actually fenced in. A lot could be done to improve the surroundings such as removing the stack of old tires & old machinery. The fire pit is communal & the units were 6 cabins all in two rows of 3 & just a few feet in between. No privacy. I was not aware from the listing that there were multiple units. There was a towel hanging on the hook by the shower, not sure if that was a used towel, there was garbage left in the can from the previous guests & there was a pair of dirty socks under the bed. A cat kept trying to get into our cabin when we came outside. Cigarette butts left outside the door. Despite the issues we encountered, we did enjoy our time there & it served our purpose of a place to sleep, once we made our bed & a place to cook.
