A fresh and modern 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath open concept 2 story apartment building, complete with wifi and a smart TV. Free parking on premises for 1 vehicle.
We are located just 5 mins from the highway, and you can access local amenities such as gas, food, and coffee before your work meeting.

Rob and I are here to assist you for any questions or concerns.

Located in uptown Fredericton. We are 2 mins from Enterprise Rental car, 5 mins from the highway, and close to amenities such as gas bars, food, and the mall.

You will have access to the entire unit.

We have a newly renovated executive 2 bedroom suite that is open concept. It has stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, 2 queen beds, laundry, and 1.5 bath.

We are located behind Enterprise Rent- a -car & Sweet Belgian Desire.
5 mins to highway
3mins to Irving Gas
3 mins to Tim Hortons

Please be mindful of winter time and moving your vehicle for snow removal. 1 Parking space is available to each unit. The parking lot is located just before the apartment building. No parking in the street as you will be fined.

Fredericton Fun!!!

Staying at Jessica’s VRBO was an amazing experience. The house was well decorated and very cozy. It felt like I was coming home. Jessica was very friendly and hospitable and provided an amazing experience in terms of communication and making sure everything was perfect! I highly recommend staying at Jessica’s VRBO in the future.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at this property. So nice - the property is well laid out, in great condition, and very well supplied. It’s located in a nice neighbourhood and is easy to get to anywhere we needed. We found it extremely comfortable for our long stay. Communications with Jessica and Rob were great - they were very responsive to any inquiries or requests we had, and provided great updates on the check-in and check-out process.
