"The staff were awesome but the place is falling apart. Photos made the courtyard area with the pool look so nice, but the pool is freezing and dirty, and the hot tub was nasty. I've never seen a hot tub visibly dirty. I wiped brown/yellow sludge off with my finger. I thought surely it must be a stain and not sludge in the hot tub. I was wrong. The breakfast wasnt very good either. The bathrooms had black mold in them. I requested for a crib when I booked the room as it said I could. When we got in the room there was no crib. I called the front desk and they said I only booked for 2 queen beds not for a crib... I said but its included on your website. Then they gave me one. Says its under renovations but theres no work being done anywhere visible. Definitely needs a lot of work! "

"Even though the property is currently under renovations (the entire first and second floors), there was no disruption to our stay. The staff was very helpful, both at check-in and at breakfast. "
