    HOSTS - Home to yourselves
    SLEEPS - Up to 10 people w/ 2 masters; 3 king bedrooms & 1 bedroom w/ 2 queen beds
    BATH - 3 baths; All baths have walk-in showers & double sinks. The master also has a small tub, 2 shower heads & 2 toilets.
    KITCHEN - Fully-equipped kitchen w/ a regular coffeemaker
    BREAKFAST - Coffee and teas are provided. No breakfast is provided.
    AMENITIES - Smart TVs w/ basic cable (please bring your own login information if you need access to channels such as ESPN), DVD player, indoor gas fireplaces, game room w/ shuffleboard, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, refrigerator, ice maker & a Smart TV, private backyard w/ outdoor seating, outdoor gas grill, gas firepit, off street parking, quiet street close to Main St, keyless entry

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our small group. Amenities were perfect. Close proximity to town. Property was quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again on any future trips to Fredricksburg.

Hands down the best place we've ever stayed in Fredericksburg! Layout is group friendly, while bedrooms and 3 baths offer great privacy. Lots of outdoor space to hangout and we enjoyed the gas fire pit. Super great location to all the fun stuff on Main Street. House was stocked with everything you could need - including cool amenities like ice maker, extra fridge and a big mirror in the oversized main closet. Hope to stay here again!

Abendstern was amazing

Our 3 night stay with sister/brother-in-law and friends was fantastic. Location was very close to main street with all the fun activities. House had everything we needed for a great get a way. Inside was well arranged where everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Enjoyed the multiple games in the garage that was very comfortable.

Fredericksburg Fun

Abendstern is an amazing property with tons of amenities! The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well-appointed, and the house has lots of extras. The area was quiet and relaxing. You can easily walk from the house to Main Street for shopping, wine tastings, and meals. We have stayed in many short-term rentals across country and this is one of the BEST! We would definitely recommend Abendstern and will return!

enjoyed our time in this rental. It is nicely equipped and extremely clean. We were three couples and the 3 king beds were nice. Would be nice for families as well. Walkable to Main Street and all it has to offer. Multiple outside sitting areas were lovely. Overall, a very fun weekend!

This was our second time staying at the fabulous Abendstern house. Freezing temps outside, but the house was warm and inviting when we arrived. Plenty of space for 3 couples to have privacy and ample seating for meals, games, and relaxing. This is our absolute favorite place to stay in Fredericksburg. Exceptional communication from owner with some tips before we arrived. We texted a question Saturday night and had a quick response. It's obvious this is a well cared for property. We'll be back!

Perfect Place to Stay

This place is the perfect spot for a weekend in Fredericksburg! The house looks just like the photos and is kept in perfect condition. The hosts do a wonderful job of having the little things you may forget or need, and easy access getting in. The game room and outdoor spaces give plenty of options for hanging out at the house. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable! It’s an easy walk to Main street and after a long day of shopping or wineries, this house is one you want to come home to for the night. We left with all seven people knowing exactly where we want to stay next time we come back.

Awesome property!

The house was awesome! There were 6 of us adults and we had more than enough room. All of the rooms were large and spacious. It was in mint condition when we arrived. The garage was fun with the ping pong tables, foosball and shuffleboard. Loved the gas firepit in the back yard. Great location just 2 blocks from the main street with all the shops and restaurants. Also just 2 blocks from the World War II Pacific war museum which is a must see. One of the nicest VRBO's we have ever stayed at. Highly recommend.

Excellent Home 2 Blocks From Main Street!

Such a wonderful, very clean, well-appointed home for a long weekend in Fredericksburg! Two master bedrooms with their own bathrooms and 2 more bedrooms sharing a third bathroom. The kitchen and dining area were fully stocked with every pan and utensil one could need! The living room was large, cute and very comfortable. Lots of wine glasses!! It was easy to walk to Main Street instead of trying to find a place to park on Main. And the garage was converted into a wonderful playroom with foosball, ping pong, air hockey and more. The backyard fire pit was lovely and easy to use. Such an excellent , serene place! We will definitely stay there again!

Wonderful Place To Stay

There were three couples staying in this house, and we were all blown away about how nice it was. Each couple hade their own king size bedroom and bathroom. The garage/game room was outstanding, as were spent a good deal of time there. The house had all of the amenities you could ask for. I heartily recommend this house for six or more people.
