「Beautifully decorated and very clean! It’s brand new and they’ve thought of everything to make our stay comfortable! We were greeted with a snack basket and a bottle of wine. Has all the amenities you need. We’re extremely picky and I would recommend this place 10000 percent!」

「This spot was perfect for us. Very quiet neighborhood, very close to the center of town. Everything was clean and comfy. The hot tub was great after hiking Enchanted Rock. Would def stay here again.」

「Stayed one night after the eclipse. The place was clean and nice appointed. Only negative I can say is I wish there were 4 bar stools to eat inside as the only table is in the common area outside and it was windy. I would stay again.」

「Overall, I loved where we stayed. The set up was cute and just the right size. One thing I noticed when coming in, was the floor was a tad sticky, but everything else was great! We even had fire starters given to us if we wanted to use the fireplace. The hot tub was great as well. Wish there was a little bit more storage or hooks but we made do living out of our suitcase! Just a note, if you have neighbors staying right next to you, you do share a wall and can hear conversations quite clearly!...

Also we had some loud neighbors in the room next to us, which is uncontrollable but something to consider if staying here in future.」

「We enjoyed our first visit to Fredricksburg and our room was in a good location that allowed us to walk to a lot of places. The room was clean and nice enough for the price. The one negative woujd be with the amenities. There weren’t enough tissues to last and more dishes and silverware would’ve been nice. We did buy paper and plastic and more tissues. Also, the bathroom sink faucet could use some work or updating, but at least it worked.」

「Everything is exactly as described on the website. The house is very clean, decorations are very cute, sheets and towels smell fresh, the backyard is probably my favorite. I spent the weekend with my two girls celebrating their 40th birthday. The house is well-maintained and it is in close walking distance to several places you would want to visit. Ian checked on us before the visit and during the visit and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely come back here again.」

「We did enjoy the house, location, and amenities. Bring your Kcups and enjoy coffee on the front porch. If you get caught in an evening rain, the gas fp offers a quick warm-up. All in all, very nice. Parking is on the street, but it’s a VERY wide street and quiet area. Only 1-1/2 blocks from the main downtown area. I knocked one star, because I think the toilet area of primary bath was missed in cleaning. A lot of long hair and dust in that area - not the case with the rest of the house....
