「I really enjoyed my stay at the Mid/Mod Little House in Old Town Louisville. The cottage is an ingeniously converted free-standing garage. The cottage has lovely touches and is very comfortable and clean. I had absolutely no issues. I was able to do my cooking in the kitchen and work at the dining room table. The Wifi worked great. The location is also awesome. Old Town Louisville is a unique gem. From the house, I could walk to the shops...especially Sweet Cow. Parking was easy on the street...

「The apartment on Pearl Street was perfect for my stay in Boulder. The location is incredible. It is walkable to shops and restaurants on Pearl Street and very close to trail access at People's Crossing. The apartment had everything needed for a great multi-night stay. The kitchen was equipped with all of the necessities (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) plus a good size fridge/freezer. There is even a washing machine if you were to need it for a longer stay. 「Everything rates 5 stars. My only suggestion is that while there was a lock on the outside door to enter the property, there was no lock or keyed entry to the door specific to the apartment we stayed. Meaning every time we left the apartment, we had to l;eave the door unlocked.」

「Jeff was very accommodating for all of our needs and even helped us with an early check in time. The place worked perfectly for my bigger group for the 4th of July weekend and was very clean. Check in/out instructions were clear and easy to follow. He responded very fast to all of our questions and messages making everything run smoothly with no worries. Thanks again Jeff!」

「The place was great, we were there for a softball tournament up north of Denver. Only thing was that in one of the bed rooms there is no ceiling fan or AC. AC is only in the Master bedroom & living room, so that bedroom door had to be remained open just so some air can enter. Other than that the home was great, location was great. We enjoyed our stay.」

「Our stay was comfortable. Our grandkids live in the same neighborhood so it was nice to be close by. Nice apartment, comfortable bed, and shower was great. Had questions for the owner and she was quick to respond and very helpful. The grounds have pretty flowers and is well kept.」

「It was a nice quiet neighborhood, with everything set up for us. The hosts made instructions clear on house expectations and how to access everything, which made it easy to adjust to such a new environment. They allowed us to check in early as we contacted them a month prior, because our flight in and check in were several hours apart.」

「Arrived at property, with everything, including check in as easy as it could be. Stores including Walmart only 11 minutes away and minutes away from I 25. Conveniently located and a nice spacious apartment, with all the amenities that you could ask for. Housed 6 of us for a week comfortably. Great property manager and a very clean apartment. Couldn't have asked for anything better. 」
