We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."

"Sadly, this place has great potential but it is a poor experience based on horrible customer service and poor amenities. It started with the front staff requiring higher extra fees than what was stated in the ad, blaming Hotels.com for having wrong information. My family then had to wait outside the reception for 45 minutes - no, they were not even allowed in to our room nor to use the pool - while I had to drive to an ATM to get cash to pay the fees. Who said customer experience is important?...

Von den verschiedenen Terrassen hat man einen traumhaften Meerblick und sowohl das Haus als auch die Außenanlagen sind sehr sauber und top gepflegt. Der Pool wird regelmäßig sehr gründlich gereinigt und gewartet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit mit vielen Tipps und Anregungen für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen. "We loved our stay. The restaurant across the street has amazing coffee, then a walk to the water was the best start to the day. Cliff jumping outside your door. Since we stayed with family and friends it was very nice to have three suites and not just be one big house. It was amazing. Would highly recommend. The only thing that was a shock was that the electricity and water was not included in the price."

"The villa was very comfortable and well furnished. The fenced yard with all of it;s trees and garden was perfect for us and our dog to enjoy the outside.The location of this villa is good for visiting places in Puglia and has good restaurants nearby. Valentina and her father, Alessandro, are the perfect hosts and very responsive. Lovely stay!"

"El hotel nos encantó: la ubicacion está increible, las instalaciones son extraordinarias. Pasamos varios dias en la calma de la alberca y gozamos de la tranquilidad de los jardines. Es una excelente opcion para recargar pilas y sentirse apapachado. Gran eleccion!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. We don’t usually choose half board but we are glad we did! The first night there was a buffet in the garden, of local food, this was the best buffet I have ever had, everything was so fresh and tasty and there was lots of vegetarian choice. We ate off the a la carte menu our other 2 nights, which again was amazing food, with lots of choice, as was breakfast. The pool area is lovely and the hotel is only a 10 minute drive to the lovely town of Otranto. We had a standard room, the only criticism is the bathroom could do with a bit of an update, the shower wasn’t great with poor pressure if you had it on warm. There was live music and dancing one night and we enjoyed the tour of the underground Oil Mill and Olive Oil Tasting which was provided by the hotel. "

"This was one of my favorite places in Puglia! The lady at the front desk was so welcoming and warm. The room was gorgeous as well as the grounds. The breakfast was spectacular… it had everything including very freshly cut up fruit. The cappuccino machine made amazing coffee. The location was walkable to everything. She recommend a restaurant for dinner with fabulous views and was only a 5 minute walk. This was a very last minute booking and was a very good value. I will definitely return. "

"I really enjoyed the food — it offered a good variety, including options for vegan and celiac diets. The staff was very nice, and I’d like to give special mention to the animators and especially the gentleman making pizza on the beach. He was extremely kind and went out of his way to accommodate my sister‑in‑law’s celiac needs. On the downside, I didn’t like the room. It had a strong damp smell, and there was no conditioner available. The quality of the soap and shampoo was very poor and almost impossible to use. The coffee at breakfast was also disappointing — it came from a machine and was horrible. Being in Italy, I was expecting a real espresso."
