Zimmer im Erdgeschoss direkt auf der Strasse

Zimmer im Erdgeschoss direkt auf die stark belebte Strasse. Es ist unmöglich ein Fenster aufzumachen, bzw. die Vorhänge offen zu lassen. Nachts sehr laut und hell von der Strassenbeleuchtung.

This looked like quite a good deal and alternative in Frankfurt downtown. Check-in information was on time, however service and overall experience I find below expectation. Would not book this again.

위치는 좋으나 의사소통 전혀안됨.

중앙역에서 멀지않고, 마인강가에서 가까운 편리한위치에 있는점은 좋으나 리셉션이 없어 체크인하기 불편했고, 일주일동안 장기숙박을 하는동안 필요한 의사소통이 불가능해 불편했다. 주방이 있는점도 좋았다.

Gut für einen kurzen Business-Aufenthalt

Zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt praktisch gelegen. Einfache Mini-Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Preis während Hotel-Messe-Preis-Zeit gut.

Property offers their parking 🅿️ but you have to reserve it cost €25.00/night which I think needs to be mentioned in the sites. The area surrounding with street parking but also cost a lot per hrs.

7 minutes walk to train station. Quiet area. Close to city center as well. Pretty clean. They have a little GYM room, which will be enough to keep yourself in shape)

The property was secure, well-located, but privacy curtains did not close and, on street level, you are in a fish tank. The floors are super slippery when wet. Management is slow to respond and cleaning is once a week.

駅近くで便利なアパートメント

フロントがないので心配でしたが、係の人が建物のドアの内側にいてくれたので安心しました。建物もわかりやすく駅からも近く便利でした。内装も綺麗で清潔感あり。キッチン布巾かゴミ箱付近がカビの臭いがしました。のでゴミ箱の付近とキッチン布巾には触れずに過ごしました。ドアを勢いよく閉めるというコツを掴むのに時間ぎかかりましたが、その間も係の人がついててくれました。

Meh…

Not clean. Really small. A dishwasher but no product to use it. The heater was not working. No extra blanket… The rest is ok. Super expensive for what it is.

I stayed at this property for 10 days but did not receive any room cleaning throughout my entire stay. There was no shampoo or toilet paper provided. I do not recommend this property. Additionally, there was a constant smell of smoke.

Nice spot, just need not to be so strict with the check-in time. the door even didn't open 5 min before 3 pm! does not look good on the property people bunching up in front of the door and then rush at 3. Think of a grace period!

Room with coffee machine but without coffees? ( provide some instant coffees would be more useful ) Saturday after 5pm , it’s impossible to get help around this building. Sunday is even worse: “The electricity was GONE, NO POWER… took several hours for some one to arrive!
