快適だけど間違いやすいホテル

乗継ぎの際に利用しました。空港からのシャトルバスは、間違って「Moxy Frankfurt Airport」行きに乗ってしまいました。「Moxy Frankfurt Airport Kelsterbach」でしたが、間違いやすいので注意が必要です。ホテル&部屋は、とてもお洒落でシンプルで、短い時間でしたが快適に過ごせました。翌日のホテル→空港のシャトルバスは朝一が5:00am発で€3。また機会があれば利用したいです。

I had to pay local taxes if though I already paid that. Place is OK. Rooms are hot and airco doesn't work. there are no basic things available in your room such as a water bolier, glasses and not even a closet.

This hotel not to be confused with another Moxy hotel by the airport, this location further from airport. ,Shower has no door or adequate space, water from shower penetrated under bathroom door into the living area, shoes, socks got all wet, there was phone to notify front desk, notified front desk of the issue after going downstairs and waiting in line, was giving another room no assistance was provided to move from one room to another, checked in around 11:45pm, all settled in another room after w 1:00am.

The staff (especially one lady) was quite rude throughout the whole visit. The room was lacking amenities such as toilet paper and towels, the floor has trash from the previous guests. Ok for one night, but not good.

Heat control in the room was not functional. Room was cold. No extra blanket. I had to fold the blanket in half to get enough warmth. Good thing I was single occupancy.

Das Frühstuck ist eine Katastrophe, nicht wird nachgefühlt. Auch nach mehrere Beschwerde von mehrerer Gäste wurde nichts nachgefühlt.

We found the Moxy a very good value during this particular weekend (NFL Game in Frankfurt). The very small room and bathroom were therefore not an issue. The location of the hotel in Kelsterbach was convenient for us to return to the airport (in a rental car). The 20-minute walk to the S-Bahn was enjoyable. The price of breakfast was also appropriate considering the reasonable room price and the breakfast item selection.
