通常料金であれば仕方ないレベルかとも思うが、フランクフルト展示会開催時で通常の数倍の料金には見合わない。 シャワーの温度が安定しない、ピローカバーにカビの様な黒い斑点があるなど、これまで欧州で宿泊したホテルの中で最悪。

Located in an out-of-the-way location, our comfortable room had a college vibe and met all of our needs. Enjoyed a delicious dinner there, which was good because there were no restaurants nearby. The shuttle to the airport was $6, a good price!

The hotel manager was extremely helpful in solving a problem. He spent at least 10 minutes on the phone and was extremely helpful. Thank you !!!

There was a slight musty smell in the room like they moped the floors with dirty water and no cleaning product in it. The bathroom could use a good cleaning.

Nice hotel, rooms are tiny but one doesn't need more for 1 night. Conveniently located close to the airport, personnel very friendly and the breakfast has something for every taste, wide variety of food and it's buffet style. Will stay there again.

Airport shuttle is paid
It’s small, but that’s the brand. What’s not okay is the missing amenities that even lower end brands have. Only all in one shampoo, conditioner, and hand wash. Never even seen that. No fridge in room. Not a single complimentary water bottle. Only 1 check in employee when they know people come in batches from flights. We waited 20+ min to check in. And what was most shocking to me was the airport shuttle is paid, and does not run all day! That’s the whole point of an airport hotel! I wouldn’t stay here again.

All Great Except for the EUR 10 Paid Parking
The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the parking. There are a set of parking spaces with raised "T" obstacles that block the parking space, and these parking spaces are a good 200m away from the hotel. So I had to drive out to the parking space, figure out how the lock worked, lower the "T", park the vehicle, raise the "T", then walk to 200m back to the hotel and return the key. And all of this was in total darkness and adjacent to a construction site (thank goodness most cellphones have built-in flashlights). No other complaints.

Ein einfaches Hotel für eine Nacht vor Abflug vom Flughafen Frankfurt, optimal gelegen und vollkommen ausreichend. Insbesondere der Shuttle Service ab 5 Uhr am Morgen ist perfekt.

Should have coffee in room
The only negative thing was the shuttle should take you to departures, they took us to arrivals and with luggage, it is hard for us older folks

Their bus shuttle (which you pay for) from the airport was totally bad for our arrival. We took another shuttle which the driver was good enough to transport us. The hotel is in the middle of industry. They did however have a restaurant for dinner and breakfast which was reasonably priced. The towels were very limited. Not a fan of this hotel - this was the first time we ever used this chain of hotel.
