"Achamos péssimo as condições de limpeza do local quando chegamos, lençóis sujos e rasgados, cobertas velhas rasgadas e fedidas, além de não ter as duas camas de solteiro conforme contratado, e ao invés disso uma cama de solteiro com auxiliar. A energia cai diversas vezes ao tomar banho.Ao segundo dia de hospedagem a moça da limpeza trocou as roupas de casa ao informarmos a situação encontrada, nos atendeu muito bem neste sentido."

"Por algum motivo, o registro da água das descargas dos quartos foi desligado no sábado, dia 25/01/2025, por volta das 16h e só abriram às 07h30 do domingo. Não tivemos um comunicado sobre isso e todos foram pegos de surpresa. Questionando na recepção, não souberam informar o motivo nem previsão para arrumar. Para o uso, tínhamos que pegar o cesto de lixo, encher de água na torneira da pia e ir abastecendo a caixa d’água do banheiro para então termos uma descarga para uso. Lamentável."

"Nada agradável, ao chegar no hotel o atendimento na recepção já deixou a desejar, chegando no quarto o chuveiro não esquentava a água, não tinha televisão e o chão estava sujo. "Staff is ultra-friendly. The area surrounding the main building is beautiful. They have a heated swimming pool, a lake with Koi fish, firepit, etc. All consumable items offered in the bedroom (chocolates, sodas, water, snacks) are included in the room fare, so it is all yours. "The hotel was very clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We brought our dog on the trip with us and they were very accommodating. Their food is outstanding. Besides breakfast, we had dinner at the hotel one night and they served the best salmon I’ve ever had. We will definitely come back next time we go to Campos do Jordao. "

"Very hospitable Lovely hotel and nicely decorated In the heart if Capivari and easy access to the main visitors attractions Great prices at the bar 15 reias for a caipirinha and it was lush Our room was huge with a kitchen a sitting room and dining area. Bathroom was adequate and shower works fine. Bedroom was spacious and no loud noise and well blacked out. Large TV with plenty of channels. Good facilities saunas X 2 and warm pool Games room was empty most of the time but a canny pool table and air hockey to play Gyme at the back of the car park a little run down but does the job Open fire in the entrance foyer is lovely to sit by at night Large lounge area too to watch football or other with friends Only very few negatives Bed rock solid so be aware to fluff up a couple of pillows to not wake up with pains Take your own iron Laundry can get expensive All in all really happy we chose this hotel "
